Technisch Buro West-Brabant B.V., or TBWB, is a family company founded in 1977 by Henk Friederichs. The company focuses on industrial automation, specialising in internal logistics. The company has since been taken over by the next generation, with son Bart Friederichs now in charge of day-to-day management.
TBWB has all the skills in-house to solve any intralogistics problem, from idea to implementation & aftercare. TBWB takes care of the design, writes the software, manages the project and provides 24/7 service with quick response times. The power of TBWB lies in its ability to implement smart, often innovative concepts, using standard components. TBWB is thus able to provide customised automation with proven technology. TBWB operates in various industries: books, newspapers and magazines, automotive materials, the food industry, postal sector, etc. TBWB operates in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, although we have also done projects in Shanghai, Bangkok, South Africa, Spain and Italy. |
History, 45 years of experienceFrom 1977 to 2000, our customers were companies that produced belt conveyors and sorting machines. As a subcontractor, TBWB provided the control systems, both electrical and software-based. During that time, TBWB produced more than 50 major industrial sorting systems and many control systems for more than 350 companies.
Since 2000, TBWB expanded its scope and started operating as a system integrator. In 2012, the brand ‘Minerall’ was established to also be able to offer standard (software) products on the market. TBWB FlowControl, StockControl and SorterControl have since been developed under that brand. TBWB has also launched its own pocketapp that allows hands-free order picking in warehouses. |
